Recruiting now – Secure Care
Due to an exciting expansion and redevelopment of our secure care (forensic) services we are looking for a wide range of staff, including registered and non-registered nurses who have a passion to improve the lives of our patients.
The redevelopment of our secure care (forensic) services includes the creation of a new integrated mental health and learning disability centre of excellence at the Trust’s Northgate Hospital site in Morpeth. This is in addition to the current services available on the Northgate Hospital site which also have opportunities to support a range of career opportunities.
The state-of-the-art centre will support people with learning disability and mental health needs. It will also provide physical health care to ensure patients’ holistic needs are met.
Staff coming into our secure care services will have excellent opportunity for both personal development and career progression.
Helen Goudie, Nurse Consultant for secure care (forensic) services at CNTW, said: “There couldn’t be a better time to join as our services develop”.
Secure care is a great place to work; it can be challenging but it’s also extremely rewarding. The growth of the services will allow us to provide ongoing safe, effective care to our patients, supporting recovery and allowing carers to be fully involved in the recovery of their loved ones.
