Cumbria, Northumberland Tyne, and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) provides a range of mental health and learning disability services, psychiatric intensive care, autism services, and recovery support for people with head injuries.

The recruitment event is taking place 2pm – 7pm on 12 May at the Kiff Kaff, St George’s Park Hospital.

You can register your interest here. Or, you are welcome to drop in on the day without registering.

At the event, you will have the chance to speak to staff about the variety of jobs on offer at CNTW, including Allied Health Professionals, nursing and support roles.

In Northumberland, we are particularly keen to find people to join our domestic, catering and estates teams.

The recruitment and training teams will also be on hand to offer advice and answer questions about the application process.

Kirsty Charlton, an associate director at CNTW, says: “We’re really looking forward to hosting this recruitment event at St George’s Park.

“The event is a brilliant opportunity to find out what it’s like to work at our Trust and pick up some tips on how to apply, whether you have a specific role in mind or you’re just curious about the career opportunities we can offer.

“It’s a great time to join the Trust. Our staff are our most valuable asset. We invest in training and development opportunities and offer a great range of staff benefits and rewards.”

Our Trust is rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. We offer staff flexible working, free parking on Trust sites, free use of onsite gyms, and access to lease car and cycle to work schemes.

Staff also have access to the Trust’s dedicated Employee Health and Wellbeing Service. This includes counselling, physiotherapy, a dedicated menopause support group, and fast-track support for stress and musculoskeletal problems. We also encourage staff to work with their line manager to develop a personal development plan, to achieve their career goals.
If you’re attending the event, please be aware that the access road to St George’s Park Hospital is currently closed, follow signs for the diverted route.
