We need YOU to help us design a new website for CNTW

Posted: 24/06/24

We are excited to announce that we are beginning work to develop a new website for Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW).

We need to hear from as many people as possible, to make sure the website does what the people we support, treat, and work with need.

Our current website (the one you’re on now) was developed in 2016. Since then, there have been some advances in web technology and best practice. Building a new website also gives us the opportunity to look at how our website can help us to reach and serve people in our community more effectively.

We’re inviting people to join engagement sessions taking place from 15 – 19 July.

These sessions will last about 1 hour, and take place online.

They are open to staff, service users and patients, carers, referrers, members of the public – anyone who might need to use our website. So please share this with other people who might be interested.

In each session we will be talking about:

  • How you use our website at the moment, including what you like and dislike.
  • Features and functions our new website needs.
  • The most important information you need, and how you usually find it.
  • The design and ‘look’ of the new site.

To take part, please email [email protected] with the session you’d like to join:

  • Monday 15th July 12-1pm
  • Tuesday 16th July 6-7pm
  • Wednesday 17th July 12-1pm
  • Thursday 18th July 2-3pm
  • Friday 19th July 9-10am

(If you’re not able to attend any of the engagement sessions advertised, please use this form to indicate any other times when you’d be available. We’ll use this to do our best to accommodate as many people as possible.)
