NHS Northern Gambling Service

Provided by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust this service includes psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists and mental health nurses who work to deliver specialist addiction therapy and recovery to those affected by gambling addiction. The service offers 1-1 CBT and group sessions face to face as well as virtual and over the telephone.

The service supports families and carers whose relatives have a gambling addiction.

The service has two main bases in Leeds and Manchester with satellite clinics in Newcastle, Liverpool, Blackpool and Sheffield.

Anyone living in Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland can access the service either via self-referral or can be referred by a professional within services they may already be involved with as well as their GP.
