Physiotherapy Service – Inpatient and Community Physiotherapy Assessment (Sunderland) – INT008

This service is available for all patients in the South of Tyne area within Inpatient Care and Community Services.

The aim of the service is to provide Physiotherapy assessment and treatment on a ‘needs led’ basis for any specific musculoskeletal, neurolgical, balance, mobility and occasionally respiratory problems. We also have a very important role to play in the provision of Physical Health and Well Being strategies and Health Promotion.
